Return and exchange policy
Return and exchange instructions:
- All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- All returned items must be brand new and unused.
- Return shipping costs:
- If goods are exchanged due to defective, damaged or mismatched goods, the company will be responsible for the return shipping costs;
- If the item needs to be returned due to inconsistent styles, colors, sizes, or the product is not as expected or for other reasons, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- Only one-time returns and exchanges can be made for each order. Customers are advised to check all returned goods as soon as possible. They must be in their original condition and unused.
If the product has the following conditions, returns or exchanges will not be processed:
- It is more than 7 days after receiving goods.
- Returned items that are not requested for this return order.
- Used items.
In case of any dispute, Bagtory HK will have the final decision.
